Valery Rozov did not set a BASE jumping record when he leaped from the summit of Shivling, a 21,466-foot Himalayan mountain in India. That said, Rozov jumped from the summit of Shivling, a 21,466-foot Himalayan mountain in India. Record or no, it's amazing.
